1. How do I check my loan application status?

Log into your MovieZee account and go to My Applications. You can also contact the lender directly using the reference number we provided.

2. I was rejected for a loan. Can MovieZee help?

We cannot influence a lender’s decision. However, we can suggest alternative loan products or help you check your credit score for free.

3. Is MovieZee a registered company?

Yes. MovieZee Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U67100MH2023PTC123456).

4. Does MovieZee charge any fees?

No. MovieZee is free for borrowers. We earn a commission from lenders when you successfully take a loan through our platform.

5. I received a suspicious call claiming to be from MovieZee. What should I do?

Do not share any personal information. Report the call immediately to grievance@moviezee.com or call our helpline.
